Drawing upon her experience in various styles of Yoga, teacher, Bea Dubinsky weaves together complementary aspects from many Yogic traditions:

ۺ Integrating the principles of Biomechanics, Body-Mind Centring, Alexander Technique and Rolfing, students are guided on a journey of self
inquiry to uncover their unique postural and movement patterns, thereby reawakening their natural state of harmony and balance.
ۺ Bringing together the holistic systems of Satyananda and Shanti Yoga, Bea integrates pranayama (breathwork), meditation, guided relaxation,
philosophy and asana (postures) into each practice.
ۺ Harnessing the invigorating power and meditative flow of Astanga Vinyasa, the Dynamic Flow classes offer students a flowing sequence of
postures that are threaded together by the breath.
